We're supporting the search for an onsite VP of People Operations for one of our clients. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of essential HR functions, including Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Onboarding, and other key operational HR processes. This leadership role ensures that HR strategies and initiatives align with organizational objectives, fostering improved efficiency and a positive employee experience throughout the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead and guide the HR Partner team to ensure effective support for managers and staff, promoting alignment between organizational needs and HR practices.
• Supervise the onboarding journey to ensure new employees are seamlessly integrated into the organization, setting them up for success.
• Spearhead the development and execution of performance management systems to drive a high-performance culture and support the achievement of organizational goals.
• Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Design and manage employee relations strategies that address workplace issues, foster a positive culture, and ensure consistent and fair HR policy enforcement. Provide support and guidance to leadership on sensitive employee matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Continuously assess and enhance HR operations, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and optimize the overall employee experience.
Work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and HR colleagues to ensure alignment, compliance, and consistency in HR policies and practices.
• Use HR analytics and data to drive decisions, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure that HR processes and practices comply with all applicable legal and regulatory standards. • Lead and support change initiatives within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining employee engagement throughout.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a focus on overseeing diverse HR functions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing HR teams.
• In-depth understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and HR technology systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
• Proven track record of managing organizational change and executing HR strategies.
• Strong proficiency in HRIS and analytics platforms.
Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
