We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our client.
Schedule :
Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat 2nd shift, 2 : 30pm – 11 : 00pm
Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat 3rd shift 10 : 30pm-7 : 00am
Shift differential for 2
and 3
shift.
Responsibilities :
- Emphasis on warehouse maintenance experience.
- Ensure that all equipment is operating properly and safely.
- Perform periodic and general maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned and according to schedule.
- Desire skill sets include hydraulic, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance, major overhaul of equipment, fabrication of parts, air conditioning and heating system, and adjustment.
- Stay abreast of current technology regarding job duties.
- Perform inspection of doors and dock plates, and all other building and support areas.
- Recognize problems and repairs before breakdown occurs. Independently troubleshoot and make repairs.
- Maintain accurate repair records through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Follow company policies and procedures. Ensure a safe work environment.
- Responsible for performing all job duties with honesty and integrity.
