- HR Operations Management : Oversee the HR operations for the Americas (North and South America), ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with company policies.
- Strategic HR Partnership : Act as a strategic partner to business and there people providing coaching on multi-discipline HR policies and processes.
- Talent Management : Implement and manage talent solutions including performance management, career development, succession planning, and training.
- People-First Approach : Demonstrated ability to implement HR initiatives with a focus on employee experience
- Organizational Culture : Strengthen culture by driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational pride.
- Talent Development & Recruitment : Oversee recruitment strategies, manage talent development initiatives, and support managers with people-related matters.
