Manager Financial Reporting

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES< / strong>< / p>

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be allinclusive.< / em>< / p>

• Perform accounting over key areas such as legal entity consolidations investments stockbased compensation equity impairment assessments earnings per share debt etc. as assigned< / li>
• Perform accounting and regulatory research as needed to ensure compliance with current Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) regulations and accounting standards< / li>
• Participate in the preparation of the annual report on Form 10K quarterly reports on Form 10Q and other SEC reports and requirements< / li>
• Administration of the Companys various impairment assessments as assigned< / li>
• Interact with the external audit partner and managers on various technical issues that arise during the audit< / li>
• Responsible for the adequacy of documentation and review of internal controls and compliance with SOX 404 for all related processes< / li>
• Participate in other processes as needed to ensure proper disclosures of all material items in the companies SEC reports< / li>
• Lead and develop team through discussions analysis and by conducting training< / li>
• Participate in ancillary and statutory audits as needed< / li>
• Perform account reconciliation oversight reviews for all general ledger accounts under your responsibility< / li>
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned include but are not limited to :
  • Attend team meetings phone conferences and training as needed< / li>
  • Know understand and follow teammate guidelines employment policies and department or company procedures< / li>< / ul>< / li>< / ul>

    Is any travel required < / strong>Up to 5%< / p>

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS< / strong>< / p>

    Education licenses certifications and experience are required to fulfill the essential duties including computer skills as required.< / em>< / p>

    • Bachelors degree in accounting required< / li>
    • Minimum of four (4) years experience in public accounting or 56 years at a publicly traded company with applicable experience< / li>
    • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP required< / li>
    • CPA highly preferred< / li>
    • Experience leading training and developing teams< / li>
    • Advanced level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel required; intermediate proficiency with MS Word and Outlook required; intermediate proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Essbase or other database accounting systems strongly preferred< / li>
    • Workiva experience preferred< / li>
    • Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to perform successfully the essential functions duties and responsibilities of the position.< / li>< / ul>
