Administer reconciliations for Customer Service areas, including but not limited to credit cards, invoicing and nightly processes.
Assisting with resolution for internal/external customer concerns regarding billing, invoicing, invoice balances, proof of delivery, audits and price discrepancies.
Update Accounting System (Microsoft Dynamics), including but no limited to addresses, emails, telephone numbers and contact information.
Working with the CSR, issue and coordinate return authorizations and credits.
Manage “Hold” notifications to Customer Service/Sales.
Manage/publish Purchase Order report.
Research graft identification numbers when needed.
Provide backup support for Staff Accountant and Accounting Coordinator(s) when necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions.
Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care.
2 years Customer Service experience.
1 year basic Accounting experience.
