As sunlight nurtures new life, we take the donor gift and transform it into a new hope, bringing the light of healing to patients in our local hospitals and to patients around the globe in need of tissue transplants.  Because we believe that everyone deserves more time to live life to its fullest.  Sign-On Bonus: Up to $8,000 MLT, Up to $12,000 MLS/MT The Medical Technologist / Medical Lab Technician (CLS/MLS) performs clinical microbiology testing on tissue and platelet samples, looking for aerobic, anaerobic, and fungal isolates to ensure the aseptic recovery and manufacturing of products for transplant and transfusion.   EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Tech I Associates of Science (AS) Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Bachelor of Science in a biological science   Tech II Same as Tech I ASCP or equivalent   WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as required.
