Function as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing and prioritizing communications, inquiries, and meeting requests.
Coordinate and maintain the CEO's calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, events, and travel arrangements are scheduled and confirmed.
Compile, review, and edit various documents and reports, including presentations, recording and distribution of minutes, meeting agendas, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Conduct research and gather information on relevant topics as needed by the CEO, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
Manage and track expenses, processing expense reports and ensuring timely reimbursement.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the CEO has all the necessary resources and materials for meetings and events.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive information and data.
Oversees responsibilities and personnel of front desk reception.

Minimum Requirements:
Associate Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years professional experience working with a C-Suite executive and management team with highly demanding schedules.
Experience working with corporate boards and/or public bodies is a must.
