What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sterile Supply Tech - Third Shift position at HR Recruiting Team?
The Central Supply Tech will provide supplies and sterilized equipment for the Central Supply and Processing operations. Ensures all equipment is washed, inspected, wrapped and sterilized properly in an efficient and timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Complies with standard work practices throughout all Central Supply operations.
Attains daily processing goals relating to productivity and quality.
Assists in orientation and training of new employees as assigned.
Participates in continuous improvement process/kaizen, and problem-solving activities.
Supports storeroom material flow and required kit building.
Performs as a Processing Support Technician (PST) in room opening, support, and room cleanup.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Technician I
High School diploma or equivalent.
WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
Demonstrated ability to:

Receive and follow directions.
Report numbers accurately and monitor error control.
