TITLE: Associate Attorney
Job Overview: The Associate Attorney will work closely with the legal team to share knowledge and expertise, ensuring high-quality legal services for clients. This role also includes overseeing non-attorney staff to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage cases through pre-litigation process
- Communicate and negotiate with relevant parties
- Maintain positive client relationships through clear and professional communication
- Prepare legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and agreements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time- management skills
- Dedicated to delivering responsive and client-focused service
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and comfortable with technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MUST have an active Bar license in Oklahoma and at least (1) year of personal injury law experience
