- The focus of this role is to enhance employee engagement at the company through a variety of events and methods
- Will own, lead, and run a large portion of the company's events while coming up with new and creative ideas to enhance employee engagement at the firm
- Will lead community-building and networking programs for new hires, manage global events, handle production elements, etc.
