SUMMARY:
-This role will be a key member of the company’s L&D team with a primary focus on improving the professional skills (i.e. project management, idea generation, effective interviewing, time management, etc.) of their employees to ensure the company’s continued success
- Design, develop and implement a variety of learning processes/programs

- 8 years of professional experience
- Learning and Development experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience delivering training and support to adult learners using a range of methods (i.e., cases, scenarios, lectures, interactive simulations, etc.)
- Critical thinking skills/Sound judgment/Quick learner
- Bachelor’s degree
