NEW ROLE due to growth! Rapidly growing company is looking for an HR Director in the Philadelphia, PA area.

 

SUMMARY:
- Design, develop, and implement a variety of HR strategies/initiatives to support the company’s mission 
- Lead a team of 2-3 HR Professionals 
- Reports to the VP of HR
- Will work closely with key business leaders
- Travel up to 15% of the time within the US 

 

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of broad and deep HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience    
- 3 years of leadership experience      
- Some experience in regulated industries such as biotechnology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical sciences or FDA environments is a plus    
- Bachelor's degree
