GROWING company is looking for an HR Generalist to support the 100 employees at a union manufacturing plant.

 

SUMMARY:
 - Working closely with the HR Manager at the plant, this person will help provide the full range of strategic and hands-on HR Generalist support to the 100 employees at the plant
- Lots of room for promotion/advancement within the company
 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of HR experience  
- Hands-on, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual
- Some HR experience in manufacturing plants or similar settings
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
