AMAZING company is looking for someone to lead their HRIS and Payroll functions (hybrid role) in San Antonio, TX – relocation, if needed, is being offered.
SUMMARY:
- Will lead the company’s HR Systems group (HRIS and Payroll)
- Provide strategic direction and guidance ensuring the company’s employees are being supported regarding HR systems, procedures, etc.
- Design, develop, and implement strategic plans for the company’s HRIS systems and Payroll processes
- Lead/coach/mentor 5 direct reports
- Able to work in the office at least 3 days a week
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of HR Systems experience with an emphasis on HRIS and Payroll supporting employees in multiple states at companies with 10,000 or more employees
- 10 years of project management experience
- Experience leading a team
- Experience with Workday is strongly preferred
- Will lead the company’s HR Systems group (HRIS and Payroll)
