- Assist in the design, management, assessment and administration of global, broad-based compensation programs
- Key player in helping to create best in class compensation programs and tools
- Reports to the Compensation Director
- Will work closely with key business leaders

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 years of compensation experience (i.e., including experience with broad based compensation, global compensation, salary structures, administration, incentive/sales plan design, etc.)
- Experience in publicly traded companies
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
