Territory Sales Manager
Position Summary:
HR Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our clients’ team in Evansville, IN.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers in the designated region
- Monitor sales performance, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and report on sales activities and results to senior management
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity, providing insights to adjust sales approaches accordingly
- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, negotiate terms and pricing, and close sales
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment and support in meeting customer needs
- Provide guidance and training to junior sales staff or new hires within the territory to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards
- Manage key accounts within the territory, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Oversee and manage the sales budget for the territory, ensuring proper allocation of resources to maximize sales effectiveness
- Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients, attend events, and develop business relationships
- Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues and improve product/service offerings
- Regularly analyze sales data to assess performance and adjust strategies to increase revenue and market share in the territory
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred
Compensation:
- $75,000 / year Bonus Incentive Plan
