We are excited to invite applications for the role of Quality Assurance Engineer. This position is vital in ensuring that our manufactured parts consistently meet customer expectations and adhere to our quality management standards.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Develop quality procedures aligned with customer requirements and production specifications.
- Utilize recognized statistical methods to create and maintain robust sampling plans.
- Identify and implement measurable quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead internal audits to prepare for successful external audit processes.
- Support the Quality Director in sustaining and enhancing the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with external standards, including AS9100 and Nadcap.
- Gather, analyze, and summarize data to prepare insightful reports and recommendations.
- Conduct monitoring, testing, and inspections to confirm products meet specified quality standards.
- Review engineering drawings and customer specifications to highlight key characteristics and critical components.
