We are seeking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The NP will provide advanced nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and support. This role offers flexibility for both part-time and full-time work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including taking medical histories, performing physical exams, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
- Patient Education and Counseling: Provide patient-centered care by educating patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and preventive health practices.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and continuous care.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed, accurate records of patient encounters and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing and current NP licensure in Arizona.
- Certification: National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or other relevant specialty.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2years in clinical practice preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
