Customer Service Coordinator / Trainer Duties
- Use both a laptop and mobile app to maintain records and customer information
- Connect with customers by making and receiving inbound and outbound calls
- Connect with existing customers for service and review of current benefits
- Build relationships with clients through rapport and trust building
