The Opportunity :
We have an immediate opening for a Litigation Attorney / Senior Counsel in our client's Boston, Providence, or virtual office, The Link. The candidate should have experience with all stages of product liability litigation. Asbestos-specific litigation experience is preferred. Candidates should reside and have an active bar license in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island. Bar admission in multiple states is preferred. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. We look for proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individuals with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience for a diverse candidate pool.
