The Opportunity :
Our Client, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated attorney for our Real Estate Practice Group in our Chicago office.
Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid large law firm experience practicing real estate finance law, and superb writing and communication skills.
The ideal candidates will possess 5 years of broad transactional real estate experience. Requisite experience : purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property management agreements and leasing agreements. Joint venture experience is preferred, as well as borrower side financing and fund experience. Attorneys will benefit from immediate client contact in a dynamic practice group as a part of a collaborative firm and learning environment. They are particularly interested in those candidates who have the ambition, drive and team-orientation to help support and grow their national practice in real estate finance.
