The Opportunity :
Our Clientseeks a highly-qualified associate to join our Tax practice in our New York office. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in general transactional tax work. The tax group works closely with the firm's corporate practice and advises clients on a variety of tax matters including corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; partnerships, LLCs and other joint ventures; private equity and private equity fund formation; real estate, real estate fund formation and real estate investment trusts; regulated investment companies; and financing and capital markets transactions.
