What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compensation associate position at HR Talent Partners?
Our Client is seeking a midlevel associate for our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in our Chicago Kansas City Denver Dallas or Philadelphia offices.
- Qualified candidates should have 3 years of experience in a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters including : drafting design implementation and administration of taxqualified and nonqualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans;
- executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions; taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements (including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code);
Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement law firm experience and superb writing drafting and communication skills.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition drive and teamorientation to help grow and support our national practice.
Compensation : Salary will range between $230000 $330000 depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
