The Opportunity :
Our Client is seeking a highly qualified senior litigation associate with four or more years of experience to join its growing Chambersranked Chancery litigation practice in Wilmington DE. The ideal candidate will have Delaware Chancery Court experience with exposure to matters involving shareholder disputes breach of fiduciary duty claims and other governance issues. Experience with securities litigation is a plus. Excellent writing skills attention to detail and strong academic credentials are required. Our Litigation Department represents a wide range of regional national and international clients in all types of complex litigation and regularly represents clients as lead counsel in Delawares Chancery Superior Supreme and federal courts. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a national law firm with a collegial environment focused on attorney development. Active bar license in Delaware or a willingness to take the Delaware bar is required.
