The ideal candidate will have experience litigating first and third party claims concerning multiple lines of coverage and bad faith claims. The candidate will have experience taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Candidates with deposition and trial experience are preferred, but it is not essential. TX Bar required.The salary range for this position is $165,000-$185,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.Our Client is internationally recognized as a leader in the area of insurance coverage and claims. Our coverage team handles complex matters for insurance industry clients throughout the United States and around the world.
