The ideal candidate will have at least five years of substantive construction law experience, as well as significant, large case litigation / arbitration experience.Key Responsibilities : Provide strategic legal advice and representation to project owners and developers, contractors, and design professionals in all stages of construction projects.Contract formation / negotiations, project counseling, pre-suit investigation and development / defense of potential claims, and adjudication of claims and disputes in mediation, DRBs, arbitration (domestic and international), and state / federal courts.Support a sophisticated practice with opportunities for significant case management and independent client interaction. Representative projects / disputes involve offshore wind, power / energy, infrastructure, and large commercial development projects.Qualifications : Barred in Massachusetts.
