ETI Lighting is in search of an experienced and self-driven Supply Chain Manager to manage end-to-end logistics and spearhead supply and demand planning to optimize inventory. Come work in our brand-new office and warehouse facility located in Flowery Branch, GA. Responsibilities:

• Supply and Demand Planning:
  • Collaborate with the sales, product management teams, and suppliers to develop and execute supply and demand plans that optimize inventory turnover rates.
  • Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Incorporate product-life cycle plans from Product Management team to effectively diminish EOL inventory.
• Logistics Management:
  • Manage wall-to-wall logistics operations, including inbound freight arrangements from Asia and outbound freight to customers in the US.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with international and local brokers and carriers to secure the best service levels and cost efficiencies.
  • Monitor and coordinate shipping schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Cost Management:
  • Analyze cost structures and implement strategies to reduce logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasts for logistics operations.

• Performance Metrics:
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess logistics and supply chain performance.
  • Prepare reports for management on logistics performance, cost savings, and inventory turnover rates.

    
    

• Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain and logistics operations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in supply chain management.
  

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics Business Administration or a related field.

• 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field FOCUSING on international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and transportation management.
• Proven experience working with international and local brokers and carriers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data driven mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software such as Oracle, Netsuite, and Microsoft 365.
