This is a fully onsite opportunity and has a base compensation range of $68,000-$78,000 annually and a very strong and comprehensive benefits package!
The Role :
The Regional Sales Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent, playing a crucial role in supporting the Region by ensuring the Company has the right people in place to drive growth and success. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for both inside and outside sales roles, in a mid to high-volume environment (40-50 positions per year) preferably in sales or the tech, or telecom industry, and / or with a strong understanding or openness to learn the high-speed fiber internet services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition : Source, identify, and recruit qualified inside and outside sales professionals.
- Job Postings & Advertising : Creates and posts compelling job ads across various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and niche industry platforms.
- Screening & Interviews : Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Works closely with sales leaders to understand hiring needs, provides insights on market trends, and ensures alignment with organizational goals.
- Candidate Experience : Manages the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates.
- Pipeline Development : Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for future sales openings.
- Metrics & Reporting : Tracks and reports on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
