HealthRIGHT 360 is a rapidly growing non-profit agency located across 13 different counties in California. HealthRIGHT 360 provides an array of medical and behavioral health services to some of the most vulnerable populations, ranging from primary care, mental health services, detox, substance use disorder treatment in both residential and outpatient settings, and transitional services for the criminal justice population.
The Employee and Labor Relations Analyst serve as a trusted and strategic partner and key resource in support of HealthRIGHT 360’s Human Resources initiative to maintain a fair, positive, and productive work environment by developing proactive solutions in addressing employee and labor relations issues. Employee and Labor Relations Analyst will support the guidance team in interpreting and enforcing human resources policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements, will be responsible for analytics and reporting to the department and outside entities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides clear articulation and understanding of agency personnel policies, procedures, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable laws and regulations to staff, community representatives, outside organizations, and governmental agencies.
Ensure organizational compliance with any collective bargaining agreement, and participate in union requests for information, grievances, meetings, and other labor issues.
Communicates policies and procedures effectively with managers, supervisors, and union representatives to create a positive working environment.
Provide support as needed to Employee and Labor Specialists and responds to questions in the Guidance inbox as appropriate.
Track and analyze key metrics in Case Management Software and make recommendations for improvement
Responsible for reporting in Case Management Software, and 90-Day Performance Appraisal Reporting
Analyze and evaluate evidence in cases of disciplinary action, and prepare legal file requests
Manages union due correspondence with locals, and submits Excelsior reports to the union monthly
Assist in Conferring with managers and supervisors on the effective resolution of employee relations problems by providing information on progressive discipline, evaluation procedures, due process requirements and complaint and grievance procedures and recommending courses of action
Assists in documenting discussions between supervisors, employees, and employee representatives regarding problems adversely affecting an employee’s performance
Promote a work culture that values diversity and demonstrate the delivery of exemplary customer service, innovation, and quality services to employees and the community
Stay abreast of developments and changes in laws in the compensation, benefits, leaves, and retirement fields, as well as the Human Resources field in general
Develops, creates, and maintains a grievance response process, including ensuring timely responses to all RFIs, grievances, and labor-related inquiries
Coordinates and tracks timelines for Meet and Confer’s with the union
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of experience, or
Master’s degree with 1 years of direct ER/LR experience
Preferred experience:
PHR, SHRM-CP, or other certification
Paralegal Experience
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
