Dining Room Associate

The Dining Room Associate role at HRA is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the exceptional dining experience we provide for our residents. As a key member of our food and beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dish/Pot Washing and Cleaning Duties: Perform various cleaning tasks in the kitchen and dining room area, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils, as well as maintaining the storage of food and non-food products.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Set up and maintain the pot and dish washing area, distribute and store clean pots, dishes, and utensils, and ensure that production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized according to schedules and procedures.
• Trash Control: Emptie trash containers as required, and assist with the preparation of food as directed by supervisors.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to notify supervisors of any malfunctioning kitchen equipment or appliances, maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen, and lead by example by exhibiting the CORE Values through servant leadership.
