About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our food and beverage team as a Kitchen Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in the kitchen and dining room areas, including dishwashing, trash control, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties
- Assisting in ordering and storage of food and non-food products
- Setting up and maintaining the pot and dish washing area
- Distributing and storing clean pots, dishes, and utensils
- Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
- Emptying trash containers as required
- Assisting in the preparation of food as directed by supervisor
- Notifying Dir. of Food and Beverage or any malfunctioning kitchen equipment or appliances
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
