Responsibilities
HR Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Build the HR infrastructure, including systems, processes, and tools for efficient operations.
- Establish and manage the HR budget.
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
- Design recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop job descriptions and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Plan and forecast workforce requirements based on business needs.
Policy Development and Compliance
- Create HR policies and procedures in compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and industry best practices.
Compensation and Benefits
- Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- Strong knowledge of organizational structures and salary systems.
- Proven experience in strategic recruitment, including collaborating with agencies and sourcing candidates.
- Background in real estate preferred.
- Fluent in English; Chinese is not required.
- Consistent work history (at least 2-3 years in one company preferred)
- Previous work in well-established companies; startup experience is a plus.
