Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple audit engagements for clients in diverse industries.
Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing feedback and fostering professional
development.
Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Review and approve audit workpapers and financial statements to ensure compliance
with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities for improvement to clients
and senior management.
Stay updated on changes in auditing standards and regulations, ensuring team
adherence.
Assist in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing
to proposals.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree
preferred.
Certification: CPA required. Additional certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA) are a plus.
Experience:
o Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in public accounting or auditing.
o Proven experience managing audit engagements and supervising teams.
Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting.
o Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
