Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage multiple audit engagements for clients in diverse industries.

 Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing feedback and fostering professional

development.

 Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

 Review and approve audit workpapers and financial statements to ensure compliance

with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.

 Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities for improvement to clients

and senior management.

 Stay updated on changes in auditing standards and regulations, ensuring team

adherence.

 Assist in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing

to proposals.

Qualifications

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree

preferred.

 Certification: CPA required. Additional certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA) are a plus.

 Experience:

o Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in public accounting or auditing.

o Proven experience managing audit engagements and supervising teams.

 Technical Skills:

o Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting.

o Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Soft Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: $65,186.41 - $76,095.46 per year
