Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee accounting services for clients, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals to achieve optimal performance and operational efficiency.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to meet client needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients in the construction and real estate sectors, addressing their specific accounting challenges and providing customized solutions.
- Ensure effective internal controls and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
For Client Services Manager Candidates:
- progressive experience in accounting.
- CPA certification is required.
- Significant experience within the construction and/or real estate sectors is essential.
