Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough insurance verification for patients prior to appointments.
- Review and update patient medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their insurance coverage and benefits.
- Assist in the management of managed care contracts and ensure proper coding for claims submission.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Preferably someone from Rheumatology / Oncology Insurance experience.
