Duties
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Collaborate with management on organization design initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Utilize HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including social media platforms.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Utilize HR software such as ADP and iCIMS for efficient data management and reporting.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of training development methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with organization design principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques, including social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Experience using HR information systems such as ADP and iCIMS is highly desirable.
