Job Summary: Oxygen Component Cleaning Technician works under supervision of Department lead to perform minor service functions
Responsibilities: Perform minor service functions including disassembly, visually evaluate, clean, and repair articles in accordance with the OEM specifications and procedures, Read and interpret information, manuals, or other materials to determine procedures required for service, Complete documents and forms in accordance with the work task performed, Keep areas clean and organized, Follow company procedures.
Requirements: Basic knowledge of hand tool operation, Able to perform basic math functions; add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers and decimals, Able to read and interpret manuals and drawings, Able to read write and understand English, Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (up to 3 hours per day), Able to see details at close range. High School Diploma or Equivalent,1 year of experience working in a shop environment, Previous repair and/or maintenance experience preferred.
Physical Demands: The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; the employee will intermittingly sit; frequently use hands to, handle, grasp, squeeze or feel; Reach with hands and arms; See, talk and hear. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
