Job Responsibilities
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
- Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the treatment plans.
- Implementation and Supervision: Oversee the implementation of ABA interventions by RBTs or other staff, providing ongoing supervision and guidance.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on client progress to make data-driven decisions and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Family Collaboration: Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate them about ABA strategies and involve them in the treatment process.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and client goals.
- Implementation and Supervision: Oversee the implementation of ABA interventions by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCaBAs or other staff, providing ongoing supervision and guidance.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on client progress to make data-driven decisions and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Family Collaboration: Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate them about ABA strategies and involve them in the treatment process.
- Maintain Ethical Standards: Adhere to the ethical guidelines and standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Requirements
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Must be available for in-person services
- Completion of all training requirements
- Must have reliable transportation between client homes and schools.
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills, problem-solving
- Prior knowledge of developmental disorders and experience with children, teens, or young adults is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
