HRE is actively seeking highly skilled BCaBAs in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to provide home and school consultation in Highlands County, Florida. Join our team and our mission to empower children with developmental disabilities to lead the most meaningful and self-sufficient lives they can.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
  • Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the treatment plans.
  • Implementation and Supervision: Oversee the implementation of ABA interventions by RBTs or other staff, providing ongoing supervision and guidance.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on client progress to make data-driven decisions and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Family Collaboration: Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate them about ABA strategies and involve them in the treatment process.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and client goals.
  • Implementation and Supervision: Oversee the implementation of ABA interventions by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCaBAs or other staff, providing ongoing supervision and guidance.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on client progress to make data-driven decisions and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Family Collaboration: Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate them about ABA strategies and involve them in the treatment process.
  • Maintain Ethical Standards: Adhere to the ethical guidelines and standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Requirements

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
  • Must be available for in-person services
  • Completion of all training requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation between client homes and schools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills, problem-solving
  • Prior knowledge of developmental disorders and experience with children, teens, or young adults is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
