Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager in coordinating daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and resources, ensuring proper inventory and timely reordering.
  • Prepare and maintain records, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Perform data entry, file management, and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff as needed
  • Address and resolve any administrative issues, providing effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve office workflow
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager or senior leadership team.

Requirements:

  • 2 years office management experience is required
  • Records management/legal records experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of attention to detail

Job details:

  • Full time: M-F 830am-5pm
  • Pay:$47,500
  • Job type: On-site

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
