Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in coordinating daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and resources, ensuring proper inventory and timely reordering.
- Prepare and maintain records, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Perform data entry, file management, and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff as needed
- Address and resolve any administrative issues, providing effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve office workflow
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager or senior leadership team.
Requirements:
- 2 years office management experience is required
- Records management/legal records experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of attention to detail
