We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing claims efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and reviewed.
Duties
- Review and assess incoming claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with organizing and filing physical and digital files to ensure the efficient retrieval of case information
- Document all interactions and updates in the claims management system.
- Mails notices to claimants
- Assist in developing service writing protocols for efficient claim handling.
- Collaborate with auto service management teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Previous experience in an office setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent commincation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
