Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing support to clients who have questions about policies.
- Take inquiries from clients inquiring about obtaining policies.
- Resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Call center experience a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office
This will be a hybrid schedule -
Hours: 8:30-5pm
Pay: 21/hr
