Comfort Keepers is seeking a Care Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure clients receive top-notch care by effectively scheduling caregivers and maintaining smooth communication between clients, caregivers, and our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people's lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do :
- Match the right caregivers to clients based on their unique needs and situations.
- Maintain accurate schedules and ensure all shifts are covered at least four weeks in advance.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and efficiently, providing real-time support for same-day needs.
- Keep clients and caregivers informed about any changes in scheduling and facilitate introductions when new caregivers are assigned.
- Collaborate with sales teams and client advocates to fully understand client's needs and create the best possible matches.
- Provide on-call support after hours and on weekends, rotating.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and help problem-solve for continuous improvement in care delivery.
