Position Summary : As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a critical role in shaping and guiding all aspects of the HR function. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing the full employee lifecycle, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

HR Strategy & Compliance : Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals while ensuring legal compliance.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Lead recruitment efforts, conduct job analysis, and oversee onboarding for new hires.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution : Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Training & Development : Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Compensation & Benefits Administration : Oversee employee benefits, payroll processing, and wellness initiatives.
HR Systems & Data Management : Maintain HR records, manage HRIS software, and ensure accurate reporting.
Performance Management & Succession Planning : Lead performance reviews, career development initiatives, and succession planning.
Collaboration & Leadership : Work closely with senior leadership to support organizational initiatives and provide mentorship to the HR team.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a deep understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation structures, and benefits administration.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.

Proficiency in HRIS and HR software applications.

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience in Affirmative Action Planning preferred.

Working Conditions :

Office-based role with occasional travel for recruitment events or training.

Sedentary work with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
