Position Summary : As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a critical role in shaping and guiding all aspects of the HR function. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing the full employee lifecycle, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.​

Key Responsibilities :

  • HR Strategy & Compliance : Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals while ensuring legal compliance.​
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Lead recruitment efforts, conduct job analysis, and oversee onboarding for new hires.​
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution : Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.​
  • Training & Development : Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.​
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration : Oversee employee benefits, payroll processing, and wellness initiatives.​
  • HR Systems & Data Management : Maintain HR records, manage HRIS software, and ensure accurate reporting.​
  • Performance Management & Succession Planning : Lead performance reviews, career development initiatives, and succession planning.​
  • Collaboration & Leadership : Work closely with senior leadership to support organizational initiatives and provide mentorship to the HR team.​

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.​
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a deep understanding of HR functions and best practices.​
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation structures, and benefits administration.​
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.​
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR software applications.​
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.​
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.​
  • Experience in Affirmative Action Planning preferred.
  • Working Conditions :

  • Office-based role with occasional travel for recruitment events or training.​
  • Sedentary work with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).​
