- Quality Control: Inspect welding work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
- Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations, and conduct safety training for welders.
- Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor welding staff to improve skills, efficiency, and knowledge.
- Planning and Scheduling: Plan and design welding-related construction and maintenance projects and assign work to welders.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and manage welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues promptly.
