Responsibilities

We are excited that you have chosen to take part in our 13 week internship program! The Café Management Internship Program will either have a Operations focus or Sales & Marketing focus. The purpose of this program is to provide practical experience, enable our interns to understand the theory and practice of restaurant management and marketing, and provide broad exposure to our organization preparing them for their future career.

Program Outline

Options for dedicated department and discipline or rotational where the student will have an opportunity to explore multiple disciplines within their assigned department
Special project assigned to prepare for an end of term presentation
Mentorship & Professional Development opportunity
Performance evaluations administered

Term Dates

Winter (January-April)

Summer (May-August)

Fall (August- December)

Qualifications

College senior or two year post college graduate highly preferred

Ability to work well in teams

Strong verbal and written communication

Display a positive attitude

Ability to maintain confidentiality / discretion

Ability to demonstrate constant professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong worth ethic
