Account Payable
Responsible for managing accounts payable functions, including:
- Entering invoices into PVNG or managing iBuyEfficient
- Maintaining a vendor database in iBuyEfficient
- Reviewing statements from vendors
- Ensuring PO matches with invoices for the month and correcting accruals
Cashier
Handles daily cashier responsibilities, including:
- Daily cash count
- Petty cash management requiring Controller approval to dispense or sign petty cash
- Providing change for all bankiers
- Auditing private bankers' bank amounts on a monthly basis
- Managing coin laundry operations
W-9 and Liability Insurance Management
