Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff during shifts, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
- Ensure all team members are providing excellent customer service and following restaurant procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure all safety and sanitation procedures are being followed in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Train, coach, and mentor new employees, providing feedback and encouraging professional growth.
- Collaborate with management to ensure daily operations align with restaurant goals and objectives.
- Manage staff schedules and assist with timekeeping.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and securing the restaurant at the end of shifts.
