Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Operate phone systems to assist guests and coordinate services.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure accuracy in billing and reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred.
- Previous Hyatt experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
