HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Job Summary:
- Coordinates the maintenance, recording, preparation, and reporting of data related to personnel information.
- Facilitates the collection and entry of human resource data and the generation and distribution of related reports and information.
- Reviews all personnel forms for completeness, accuracy, timing, and conformity to policy guidelines.
- Responds to candidates and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Responds to internal and external inquiries for personnel information, providing verbal or written verification (as required).
- May assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in reviewing applications and/or scheduling interviews.
- Supports various Talent Acquisition initiatives and facilitates the new hire pre-employment intake sessions.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
Preferred Education:
- College-level coursework, particularly in business (or a closely related field.
Required Experience:
- One (1) year of relevant clerical experience utilizing a variety of office computer technology as a function of customer service.
Preferred Experience:
- Human resources (HR) pre-employment/onboarding experience preferred.
