HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- The HR/Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist will execute the full lifecycle recruiting activities for nursing and other positions as assigned.
- Maintains a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking and other recruitment strategies.
- Pre-screens candidates prior to referral to hiring managers.
- The recruiter reviews and evaluates job openings and partners with hiring managers to determine recruitment strategy for open positions.
- Supports department goals and participates in department and hospital wide events as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Bachelor’s in Nursing with minimum recruitment experience may also be considered;
- Knowledge and ability to apply federal and state regulations as it relates to employment and recruitment practices;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products;
- Basic understanding of applicant tracking technology
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience with a strong understanding of networking and sourcing strategies;
- Preference for candidates with clinical recruiting experience;
- Demonstrated success in the full life-cycle recruiting processes from requisition through the on-boarding of new hires;
- Ability to demonstrate analytical skills to provide solution focused resolve to complex problems and to make recommendations;
- Proven ability to effectively deliver high quality work & customer service against tight deadlines.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
